All artworks are carefully inspected and securely packed before shipping.

Original artworks: Due to their one-of-a-kind nature, original artworks are not eligible for returns or exchanges due to change of mind.

Prints: Prints are not eligible for returns or exchanges due to change of mind.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact me via email at ahhhhhhhrtbysneha@gmail.com or on instagram within 3 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the artwork and packaging. I will review the issue and, where applicable, arrange a replacement or refund.

Custom or commissioned artworks are non-refundable once the work has been approved and started, except in cases of damage or a significant issue with the order.

Refunds, when approved, will be issued.
